- Two classrooms of 60m2 each.
- Toilets.
- Reception.
- Warehouse of two bodies.
- An area of two classrooms and toilets on the first floor of 200m2.
- Ground floor for practical training in masonry, painting and plasterboard of about 800 m2.
- Area devoted to practices with tower cranes.
- Area for prevention practices.
