El Proyecto Aprendices consiste en un programa de formación más empleo dirigido a jóvenes que deseen trabajar en la construcción.

Proyecto Aprendices is a combined training and employment program aimed at young people wishing to work in the construction sector. Its "work-study contract" model combines practical training with actual work at partner companies under a paid contract, offering the chance to gain official qualifications and access employment. In this way, the program supports generational renewal and addresses the shortage of skilled labor.
Two editions were held in Málaga in 2025, and plans for 2026 include two editions in Málaga and one in Cádiz.

- Objective: To offer solutions for generational renewal and provide companies with a workforce.
