Facilities
- Warehouse of 1400 m2 on two floors:

Ground floor:
- administration area and an office.
- area of ??classrooms devoted to theoretical training.
- a classroom for ??computer science.
- changing rooms, lockers and toilets.
- workshop area: 500 m2, where all specialties are taught.
- two warehouses of 10 m2 each.

Second floor:
- open-air workshop of 700 m2, for courses on renewable energies.
