The building features:

• Twelve classrooms ranging from 60 to 100 m² each, including two computer labs equipped with 19 computers each. The classrooms are fitted with state-of-the-art training support equipment, including interactive whiteboards, ultra-short-throw projectors, and Category 6 data transmission infrastructure.
• Four workshop areas dedicated to hands-on training in construction trades, renewable energy systems, installations, and machinery operation.
• Free parking for students, instructors, and visitors.
• A dedicated faculty area, including a meeting room, offices, student support desks, restrooms, and changing rooms.
• A library for both instructors and students.
• A medical room.
• An auditorium with a seating capacity of 200 people.
• A student lounge and relaxation area.
• Student restrooms and changing facilities, fully accessible for people with disabilities and equipped with lockers and showers.

The outdoor area includes:

• Two tower cranes and one mobile crane.
• Material storage and recycling areas.
• A practical training area for earthmoving machinery.
• A practical training area for machinery operating on paved surfaces.
• A safety training center designed to simulate real-life situations involving the use of collective and personal protective equipment (PPE), as well as safety measures for construction sites, telecommunications towers, power lines, confined spaces, and other work environments.
