The H&S Blueprint project met in Brussels around 30 experts to address the skills that will be required by the new 'green' jobs in construction, highlighting the crucial role of this sector to achieve the European climate objectives for 2050.

Women Can Build promotes women's participation in the sector in several areas. Among other actions, through an interactive course to make trainers aware of the sector's barriers, and to teach inclusive measures in the workshops and on the construction site.

Bus.Trainers launches a specialised course for the trainers of the sector to improve their knowledge of energy efficiency, renewable energy systems, sustainable construction materials and techniques, endorsed by the European accreditation system.
