The ‘Construction Blueprint’ project bids farewell after more than four years of work by organising a European event on ‘The new strategic sectoral approach to skills cooperation in the construction sector’, in Brussels and with live streaming.
The project partners met at the end of April in Madrid to address the final stage of 'Green Growth' and to present the mobile app available for iOS and Android, in Spanish, English, German, Slovenian, French and Italian.
The project supports the European Pact for Skills for the sector, using a collaborative methodology between the sectoral representatives and VET providers of Spain, Cyprus, Greece and Italy, led by FLC.
The status quo of the sector was discussed, including training needs, taking into account the energy renovations of buildings, and the carrying out of a qualitative study, in which experts will be consulted.
The aim of this initiative is to train various municipal areas and the city's associative fabric of Getafe to detect and transfer possible cases of energy vulnerability to the services of the Healthy Homes Office.
The partnership of five organisations from Spain, Slovenia, Greece, Italy and Macedonia will work during two years to promote industrialised construction in terms of energy efficiency and circular economy.
For 2 weeks, the FLC's VET centre in Madrid has hosted 20 Italian VET students to complete their training in the use of energy efficiency applied to the interior insulation of buildings and the installation of windows.
