Fundae presents the 'Construye 2030' project at 'Universidad Pyme' Fair in Madrid
On October 27th, the State Foundation for Employment Training (Fundación Estatal para la Formación en el Empleo - Fundae) organized the dissemination event of the 'Construye 2030' project during the 'Universidad Pyme' Fair, which took place on the 26th and 27th, at the IFEMA Municipal Palace in Madrid.
The Fair was the meeting place for SMEs, freelancers and entrepreneurs from different social sectors to meet with professionals in the field of training, education centers, students and business and trade union associations, to discover the latest trends and developments in the technology, innovation and training sector.
Event 'Construye 2030: The importance of training for sustainability'.
During the Fair, the 'Construye 2030' event on “The importance of training for sustainability” was celebrated in the Espacio Fundae, which was attended by more than thirty visitors that were able to learn first-hand about the training needs of the construction sector to achieve the energy performance of buildings and contribute to the European objectives of 2030.
Sofia Gutierrez, project technician at Fundae, and Esther Rodríguez, project technician at Fundación Laboral de la Construcción, were the two responsibles of explaining the principles and values of the BUILD UP Skills initiative and the results that will be achieved through the 'Construye 2030' project.
It is expected that over the next year, the other partners of the BUILD UP Skills 'Construye 2030' initiative, co-financed by the LIFE Clean Energy Transition programme of the European Commission, will organize a dissemination event to inform the public about the progress of the project and the achievement of the results.
